My goal is to run at least 1 (one) mile every day for 365 (three-hundred sixty-five) consecutive days, aka, every day of the 2010 calendar year. This undertaking will commence on January 1, 2010. I will run in whatever weather is thrown my way, and wherever I may travel. I will run regardless of my health as it pertains to sickness (i.e. cold, flu, etc.).
The one caveat that I must make is injury. Should I become injured to the point where running could be a detriment to my long term health, I will not run. This instance would include such things as broken bones, torn connective tissue, etc. This does NOT include recovery time, which is to say that I will run immediately following each and every race or event in which I participate.
Throughout the duration of this undertaking, I will also make it a point to write about each one of my runs and, as much as is possible, provided the data for each run uploaded from my Garmin Forerunner 305.
